Terms of Service for Submitting Events to Our Online Calendar

Welcome to the ADK Marketplace calendar! By submitting an event to our online calendar ("Service"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your event.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit an event.

By submitting an event, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right and authority to do so.

2. Event Content

All event submissions must include accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

You agree not to submit events that:

Contain false or misleading information.

Promote illegal activities, violence, hate speech, or discrimination.

Include defamatory, obscene, or inappropriate content.

Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to edit, decline, or remove any event submissions that do not comply with these terms.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content of the events you submit.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADK Marketplace and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your event submission.

4. Review and Approval

All event submissions are subject to review and approval by ADK Marketplace.

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any event at our discretion, even after approval, without providing a reason.

5. Intellectual Property

By submitting an event, you grant ADK Marketplace a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your event content for promotional and operational purposes.

You retain all ownership rights to your content.

6. Privacy and Personal Data

By submitting an event, you agree that any personal information provided may be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy (See https://www.adkmarketplace.com/privacy/).

Do not submit sensitive or confidential information as part of your event.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Submit spam or fraudulent events.

Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization.

Exploit the Service for any unauthorized or illegal purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

ADK Marketplace is not responsible for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in event submissions.

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State.
